Only Pure offers free shipping on purchases over $65.00. Flat rate shipping of $8.95 will be applied to all other purchases.

OnlyPure ship using Australia post tracked shipping and delivery time frames may vary depending on location. 

Unfortunately, Only Pure does not ship overseas.
At OnlyPure, all orders are shipped within 48 hours over the order being placed. Tracking information will be provided when it becomes available. 

The Only Pure warehouse does not operate on weekends or public holidays.

Return and Exchange
At Only Pure, we have selected the best range of natural products and we trust that our customers have researched their products prior to purchasing.

Only Pure offer refunds on change of mind purchases for orders that are returned to store within 30 days of purchase unopened, unused and in the condition that they were delivered in the original and undamaged packaging.

If your product is defective or damaged, we have a 30 day return to store policy.

If something seems not quite right with your order, please contact us as we will happily assess return requests on their merit.
