Palo Santo is a mystical tree that grows on the coast of South America. The name means Holy Wood and has been used in spiritual rituals for its cleansing and headlining properties. It has an uplifting and calming aroma that may allow deeper meditation.

Ignite your Palo Santo stick allowing to burn for 30 - 60 seconds then blow out.
Move amongst rooms gently waving the stick in the air.
When finished place in a fireproof bowl - the glow will end on its own, unless you continue to blow, producing smoke.
WARNING: take care whilst smudging and only use under adult supervision. Extra care should be taken around flammable materials. Ensure the bundle is extinguished completely before leaving unattended.
